ANU Alzheimer's Disease Risk Index (ANU-ADRI)

ANU-ADRI is a tool to assist with the self assessment of risk factors for dementia. It has been developed to enable individuals to find out what they can do to reduce their risk of dementia by making lifestyle changes.

Informant Questionnaire on Cognitive Decline in the Elderly (IQCODE)

The IQCODE screening tool is a short questionnaire designed to assess cognitive decline and dementia in elderly people.
